The digital health world is often considered “the wild West” given the number of options and the difficulties that payers, providers, and patients have identifying high quality options.
To solve this issue, the American Diabetes Association teamed up with NCQA to engage thought leaders to identify criteria that could be used to ultimately certify the quality of digital health offerings. Although written from a US perspective there is much in the report that applies world-wide.
